The role will report to Customer Care Manager and work closely with many parts of the organization.
  • Managing Customer Service Team to help new customers or users to optimize the product of JobStreet (Job advertisement and advance hiring system)
  • Engage customer through regular workshop and proactive calls
  • Ensure the content of all job advertisements align to JobStreet standard quality to attract relevant candidates and comply to regulations
  • Liaise with sales team and other departments for problems solving and generate ideas for future /long term improvements
  • Liaise with regional team for particular regional projects for dynamic transformation
  • People management – Lead Customer Service Team members by hiring, training, coaching to develop team skills and capabilities
  • Oversee closely operational KPIs within Customer Service Team
 
Skills, Experience and Competencies
The successfull candidate will have:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Industrial),  IT/Telecommunication, or equivalent.
  • Required Skils: Active English and Technology Savvy
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Managers/Assistant Managers specializing in Customer Service
  • Having strong leadership to lead the team members in effective ways to reach company goals.
  • Excellent in communication while no burden to deep dive numbers, highly analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner to adopt any new systems
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sudirman Area.
