Description

We are Market leader in Water Heater Company, Looking for Good Talent who fills the vacant position as " Sales Representative" who will be based in NORT SUMATERA. If you meet with our requirement as follows;
  • Have experiences handling Electronics or Sanitary Distributors all area around Indonesia (PREFERABLE)
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Target oriented person.
  • Willing to travel around Indonesia esp, around Sumatera. (Preferable candidate who domicile in those areas) 
  • Promotion & POS management

    Working closely with marketing team for:

    • Implement sales promotion campaigns, product launches, display
    • Ensure implementation of product display as per company guideline
    • Maintain stock level of marketing communication kit including brochure, leaflet & catalogue in the shop
    • Control Sales promotor representative in KA shop. Attendance and performance
    • Review effectiveness of marketing and promotion program.
    • Initiate to propose promotion program
    • Tracking market competition. Latest competitor activation program and its impact to shop share
  •  Channel Partner
    • Distributor
      • Monitor distributor sales operation as channel partner focusing on channel expansion
      • Drive distributor to achieve target (both Selling in & selling out)
      • Organizing collection & controlling stock (per SKU)
      • Ensure timely settlement of claims of channel partners
    • Retailer/KA
      • Nurturing business relations with retail trade partner especially Key Account focusing on sales growth to end user
      • Gain retailer commitment to achieve selling out target to ensure channel healthiness by actively support retailer sales activation program.
  • Conduct product knowledge training to Distributor sales and Sales promoter
  • Make a Sell Out report and Analyzing Market Contribution and Share
